Technological platform

The TiBioC (Tissue, Biomaterial, and Characterization) platform, labeled CoRTecS, is dedicated to supporting its clients — both public sector actors and private companies — from the planning to the realization of their biomedical research projects. By understanding their needs and offering proactive solutions, TiBioC is committed to providing tailored support and customized services. This approach ensures that client expectations are met throughout the process, fostering full confidence in the transparency of the services provided and the quality of the project deliverables.

TiBioC offers to analyze the potential efficacy of therapeutic molecules, regardless of their chemical formulation, using classical cell cultures, more sophisticated 3D structures and in vivo models, including CDX and PDX models. We provide a range of customized analyses, including but not limited to:

• Cytotoxicity, cell proliferation and migration studies,
• Histological and histopathological analyses via immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence,
• Formulation testing, characterization of biomaterials and assessment of their biocompatibility.

We work with all types of human cell lines — primary or patient-derived — as well as healthy and pathological tissues, including tumor tissues from nearly all types of cancers. Our innovation lies in the diversity and comprehensiveness of the tests performed on a single molecule, spanning from 2D and 3D in vitro cellular tests to in vivo tests in murine models, as well as the formulation of biomaterials capable of delivering the therapeutic molecule.
